- Last week I had a friend in a chat with me and another friend showing us an argument they were having, and both sides were clearly ChatGPTing each other. Neither side had it in them to have the argument themselves. We're in incredibly bleak times.
- I really don't understand this Marlies to Hamilton rumour that's persisted for months. The main objective for the team is proximity to the Leafs, so I can't see the org moving them further away to try to maximize attendance. Feels like they'd sooner play in an empty nearby building.
- As I've mentioned before, my family and early-teens friend circles run very conservative, especially on social media. Was baffled by how many are looking at yesterday's thing and saying that Carney was rolled over and that Canada admitted defeat. People are truly subscribed to their own universes
- It's been a day and I still can't believe "just because every hit he's ever thrown is dirty doesn't mean you have to show them all on television" is the best counter-argument they've got
