Mark Carney is using the perfect strategy for playing Trump. Remember, he's an internationally recognized expert in economics, finance, & business. Trump's an idiotic narcissist with a long line of failed businesses. His $ comes from $ laundering through his buildings, which are full of RU$$IAN$.
