- John Roberts should never be able go our in public without being constantly asked if he's proud of his legacy.
- "The government should be run like a business" is one of the most toxic, wrongheaded and destruction "ideas" to come up. No, the government should be run like a business BECAUSE IT IS NOT A BUSINESS, they are fundamentally DIFFERENT THINGS with entirely different PURPOSES.
- They elected a Pope who broke a 3 year Twitter hiatus for the express purpose of telling JD Vance he was wrong about being a Catholic... They knew EXACTLY what they were doing...
- Ohhhhh CBS...you gotta check what other meanings these phrases have... On the other hand...nah...go ahead...continue.
- 1. The tort is "defamation" slander is just a form of it. 2. Maybe true in some states but definitely not all so your jurisdiction will matter. 3. The "actual malice" standard has nothing to do per se. Per se is about a need to show actual damages. "Actual malice" is about public figures
- When I've had this conversation I generally describe it as "The bot will do EXACTLY what you tell it to and give you the EXACT information you want...even if it has to MAKE STUFF UP to do it" and that generally gets the point across.
- See how @judithemma.bsky.social below tried to escape accountability for this transphobic post while claiming Kathryn is the one who is anti-queer via blocking. Admitted she didn't actually know the entire context and just decided to pile on. Also, "the worst posts ever?" First time online?
- The idea that Kathryn is anti-queer is absolutely hilarious to anyone that knows her. Hint: no one is being anti-queer, the issue ENTIRELY based on the personalities of the people attacking Kathryn. People like Judy though are absolutely trying to weaponize queerness to escape accountabiliity
- Reposted by Dan IzzoSorely tempted to message some of the folks who keep looking me up on LinkedIn and asking if they would like help turning on their privacy settings
- I believe, and HOPE, that the people that do this are few and far between and are being vastly over represented in reporting in the way you'd see news stories about people spending 18 hours a day on World of Warcraft used to be. But...damn yeah that is some seriously problematic behavior.
