- All the vest options were garbage. Got a neck A/C. Doesn’t spray water, which wouldn’t work for me but it gets surprisingly cold and has a heat option which is great for a northerner 😄

- I’ve been dealing with it since 2002. Back then I got “you have the spine of an 80yr old” and only had 2 discs buggered. Now I’m up to 6.
- For me, sometimes a quick cold or hot shower helps to snap me out of it.
