This weather change kicks off a new round of Which Symptom Wants Me Dead Today? Saturday it was tremors, Sunday it was vertigo and nausea, today it’s the MS hug strangling me like it’s trying to win a damn trophy.

What Living in Florida, I found a neck appliance that sprayed water and air that was very effective.
All the vest options were garbage. Got a neck A/C. Doesn’t spray water, which wouldn’t work for me but it gets surprisingly cold and has a heat option which is great for a northerner 😄
