- Doing the Volcano Tri tomorrow as part of a Relay team, Swimmer can't run, Cyclist (Me) can't run either and the runner can't cycle so it works out well. 😀 On a side note I'm appalled by how much hair I've lost and the bald spot is shining quite brightly 😱😬

It is worth noting that the Catholic Church, one of the most staunch anti-abortion organizations in the world, has a formal policy that encourages all vaccinations.
- On a positive note, more people disapprove of the Orange menace than approve, but I am still astounded by the high number of approvals 🤷♂️ even if they are lower than disapprovals. In the face of all the evidence they still cling to their Cult. Seriously, WTF is wrong with those Americans?
