- The funnies thing about this list is that Musk is misgendered as “Ellon” and I’m here for it.
- Trump counters Bernie & @aoc.bsky.social’s “Fight the Oligarchy” tour with an actual oligarchy tour

- That does it. We are putting Mizzou on probation.
- Feels like 47 might be giving way to 48. The billionaire class doesn’t like all the tariff instability — and what we are hearing now is the pushback to invoke the 25th.

- I remember when being libertarian meant being thoughtful about individual issues, and not being completely to the fringe of any one outlook.
- …and now, @kevinmkruse.bsky.social presents “Great Moments in Crony Debauchery, in Twelve Words or Less.”
- Yes. I know it’s Fewer.
- We have open protocols for social media and networking — but we NEED decentralized historical preservation. Particularly of the internet, but beyond. Something using blockchain, so it’s immutable (blockchain is the tech behind cryptocurrency, but can be used for other things)
- I’m concerned that entire data sets are being scrubbed, and that entire histories could be altered. Also, we need a way to verify information so we aren’t just putting A.I. slop onto the chain of truth.
- I need someone to develop an app that follows the investments of the Qatari government, because they are gonna be really plugged in to anything said on the new Air Force One.

- That’s also why we are taking in all those sad Russian oligarchs — they are being innocently murdered, sometimes by those aggressive NATO-loving Ukrainians, and sometimes by Putin.
- I was thinking about popping into my two-year dormant FB account to just say hello, and remind people I’m not dead. Then I remembered that I’m already dead to them anyway.

- The dorkest.
- A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT JUST GAVE HIM A PLANE
- But Diedrich, don’t you know how much it costs to operate one of those? He’s gonna need the MAGA family to step up and buy $TrumpPlaneCoin to show the rest of the world how patriotic we are!
- Thoughts from the medium-sized chair.
- I am a delightful chat partner.
- We are not under invasion. There is no justification for suspending our constitutional rights. Every single American should speak out against this, loudly and forcefully.

- Durkin DOH! Nuts!
- the greatest defensive mind in football history - a stoic, unflappable genius of a man - is currently putting his name on the line bc the sexual advances of the 21st century have him in the walls of jericho. and that's kind of beautiful if you think about it

- There is no happy. There is no joy. There for damned sure ain’t two of each.
- I just discovered rug cleaning videos. And I have questions: • Outside of major floods, how do those rugs get so damned filthy? • How many different cleaning protocols are there? • How much is removed? Some of those are more dirt than rug by weight. • Why is that man wearing Ron DeSantis’ boots?

- You don’t understand! They’re all out of emerald mines!
- Let us not discount the very real possibility that JD Vance not only (had a suspiciously-timed audience with a Pontiff just hours before his death, which proves nothing,) but that he also pissed off enough Cardinals that they enacted the Chicago WokePope Protocols.
- if you don’t understand a post, you don’t have to reply to it. if you think the poster may not understand their own post, ask yourself if they’re making a joke.

View full threadIn that case, here's a bit of a life lesson you can apply to basically every part of your life: doing something bad on purpose is not actually better than doing it unintentionally (even if you just want to be ironic!)
- But you do realize that your joke is just repeating the same joke the woman you're replying to just made, right?
- Yes. I do. The meta-ness is the point.
- But what if they’re a woman Marisa?
- …then it’s time for a man to swoop in and explain how the internet works! (Please, dear Zod, let everyone know that I am being completely sarcastic and mocking the mansplainers…)
- Looks like @apnews.com is using AI to summarize articles without even checking for basic facts... Or are they really this ignorant about Canada? Either way, shameful.
- FYI this was from Google News, and the linked article correctly states it was Quebec that had referendums. So direct outrage to Google too. But does @apnews.com know Google News is summarizing their articles with lies and attributing that to an AP journalist's name?
- I saw something like this the other day, a journalist who was no longer at Bloomberg or something similar — with bogus articles credited to her. I don’t know how to blame @apnews.com for this. Google is playing man-in-the-middle and isn’t even providing traffic.

- Unpossible.
- Any fellow libertarians on here?
- That depends. Are you talking old-school, lowercase-L libertarians, who like free markets but also like cops who don’t seize shit for no reason? And who believe due process is an absolute? Or are you talking about the neckbeard Mises bunch that took over the LP and ruined the label?
