- Happy Nurses' day to all my amazing colleagues across the world. Happy Nurses' day to all the amazing Nurses who have gone before me. Happy Nurses' day to the next generation of Nurses #NursesDay #IND #RCN25
- Care work is not a low skilled job. It's simply under-paid and under-recognised. Stop this nonsense and start recognising those who look after our most vulnerable, whereever they come from. On behalf of us sane people - thankyou to all overseas care workers Repost if you agree!
- No visas for overseas care workers. Is this reform? No it's labour. Shame!
- Labour is declaring war on.... That's right, social care workers. How on earth is this helping anybody other than Farage-fan extremists?
- The NHS costs what it costs. It is a national priority, and it is our tax money, for goodness sake just invest. If there's not enough money in the kitty, well print some more. Also, it's about time we started taxing wealth, not just work.
- If the NHS is maxed out - can we claim the billions of taxpayer pounds marked 'NHS' which have been syphoned off to private healthcare back? Who would you rather fund - Doctors and nurses, or wealthy CEOs?
- This is absurd. How about, instead of using the social care sector as a stick to beat migrants with (who we should actually be thanking), we actually invest in the sector? Social care needs investment, not xenophobia. www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025...
- The media are starting to see that genocide is undeniable. However, those who have enabled this mass slaughter must be held to account, including the media and political classes. There is no two-siding genocide.
- Doctors are standing up for the NHS. We must all stand with them in solidarity ✊ inews.co.uk/news/health/...
- NHS spending 'maxed out' This is a con. Money syphoned off to private profit. Rich get richer. Poor get poorer and health inequalities widen. This was bad from the Tories. It's heartbreaking from Labour. www.theguardian.com/society/2025...
