- An aggressive approach (red) is a short-term solution and unsustainable. Deal with the cause for homelessness and not criminalize it with a community commitment (blue) is a more sustainable approach. Be it "red or blue" does not get resolved without funding to back it up.

- Let us get to the crux of this by choice may be more to mental illness, drug addictions and alcoholism which have been neglected in receiving any serious attention by either party or church. Criminalizing the problem has never been the solution.
