Yea its luckily fairly easy to manage so long as I keep cross contamination minimal.
This place said they had gluten free pasta, unfortunately the worker swapped my noodles for regular noodles (not sure why) and I didn't notice till I had eaten half of my food and got sick feeling.
I'm more mad they swapped my pasta for a regular version tbh.
I don't care why you think someone's dietary restrictions are fake, if you purposely mess with their order, your are willingly harming them.
People are assholes and think they know better.
For many of us GF isn't a choice, it's a need
