- The City of the Future, Alexander Labas USSR, 1935 Labas was a Soviet avant-garde artist whose works were popular in the early Soviet period. He worked as a theatre designer after the 1930s until the late 60s when his art became more popular in the Soviet Union again. He died in 1983.
