- FFS!! I am no fan of the BBC in general. But I do tune in to Woman’s Hour quite regularly. They have some interesting articles and interviews. Inviting the LGB Alliance on to spread their transphobic hate is extremely disappointing to say the least!!
- Wasn't Helen Joyce on recently? Women's Hour has been fiercely transphobic for yrs.
- We know that the law is not always on the right side of history. The Supreme Court ruling last month does not make public spaces safer for anyone.
- ❤️
- We have to break the narrative that forcing trans people into third separate but equal spaces somehow isn’t discrimination. It very much is discrimination
- It's segregation & we need to be emphasising that at every opportunity. And we need to simply refuse to comply with it.
- No mention of trans people and our rights. No mention of the Supreme Court case. No mention of the Conversion Therapy Ban. What happened to Stonewall, man. They weren't this weak even a few years ago
- 🌍 The ILGA-Europe Rainbow Map ranks the legal and policy landscape for #LGBTQ+ people across Europe. 🚨 The latest rankings today shows the UK has reached an all-time low position of 22 out of 49. This should be a wake-up call for the British government. Read our statement ▶️ bit.ly/3S0iuB3

- I think a CT ban will be functionally useless & its sole purpose would be propaganda to detract from labour's attacks on trans ppl. Young person's gender services are delivering thinly veiled CT. So it can't be meaningfully bannned.
- The university press office has emailed us this statement: "We are deeply sorry for the pain and upset caused by the recent draft version of our Trans Inclusion Code of Conduct, which was inadvertently published in error. "
- University of Warwick appears to have changed their policies to force trans people into the wrong toilets. www.reddit.com/r/transgende... The actual document is linked here: warwick.ac.uk/services/peo...
- Easily done. We've all mistakenly written & published some deeply bigoted guidance at some point. Just one if those things. Like leaving your keys on the door. Probably.
- It's really telling how those in politics most accepting of the Pride ban (at least that I've seen) are from the Greens (Scots & Eng) - the parties that least need to be banned from Pride. It really does say a lot.
- Today, I am suing the EHRC and will publish the letter before claim for judicial review shortly.
- 👍🙏💪🤟
- This reads like more evidence that the interim EHRC guidance was drawn up by Kishwer Falkner and cronies, without input from neutral expert staffers. www.theguardian.com/society/2025...
- It's interesting the Guardian have published this & the tone of it. Like "leading advocacy group TransLucent". Putting aside issues w/that, you'd typically expect "trans rights activists". That sort of framing is usually reserved for transphobe groups.
- I hear Labour are furious about the Pride ban. Good morning everybody!

View full threadPaper letters to MPs are very effective because legally they must be logged and answered. 60 letters at 3 minutes each is 3 hrs staff time. Introducing significant friction to parliamentary office operations soon gets attention. NB letters must be individual not copy-paste. 3 short points is fine.
- I'm sending a five page letter to my MP today. I don't care if it doesn't get read properly - it was cathartic to write.
- What a limp response. & no mention of trans ppl. Stonewall really needs to just go bust & let some org w/fire & passion take over. These days it's an empty, corporate husk that's long forgotten its campaigning roots that simply exists for hte sake of existing.
