- lol...in the words of Lewis Black "you know it all comes from a guy in Pittsburgh filling bottles in his bathtub right?"
- here is a very self-serving question for y’all: if i were to put out a curated book of my work from the past half decade on democracy and constitutional reform in the US — with plenty of new material as well — would you find that worthwhile?
- Yes. Yes I would. Please do!

- he wanted it modeled after Epstein's plane..
- I won't be surprised to see this idea take off. Threats are their main governing principle and it was only a matter of time before they turned it toward congressional colleagues.

- Because if there's one thing this country needs more of, it's fucking racists.

- Proudly calling them Nazis since 2015. Grew up without grandparents because of fascism, and am not going to let these motherfuckers do that to someone else.

- So Trump and his cabinet are comfortable? ;)
- Walker himself is a college dropout...
- So many layers of corruption.
- We know what she is...it's just a question of price.
- I'm not a lawyer, nor do I work for the New York Times, but I'm pretty sure corruption does not require an explicit quid pro quo.
- Hey NYT---I hear Hilary Clinton might have eaten a grape while grocery shopping. Time for a million stories...
- Strains bounds of propriety? Strains…bounds…of…proprietary? Am I having a stroke? What is happening?
- If Hilary Clinton took a free flight from a donor, it would be every story on their front page.

- The NYT should pretend that it's Hilary Clinton involved, and this semantic hair splitting would disappear in a minute.
- It’s not just that Qatar wants to bribe Trump. Anyone could do that by buying his memecoin. It’s that Qatar wants *everyone to know* that they’re bribing Trump. It’s about buying the perception that he’ll protect them. That’s what drives our alliances now. Not our interests or values, but bribes.
- :::checks notes::: Is this the same Qatar that finances Hamas?
- It is already happening I would say stay safe but how exactly is anyone meant to keep themselves safe?
- When your leader is a convicted rapist, anything is possible...
- World to America: Go fuck yourself. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...
- Trump: "A friend of mine who is a businessman. Very very very top guy. Most of you would've heard of him. Highly neurotic. Brilliant businessman. Seriously overweight. And he takes the fat shot drug."
- Soooo...he's looking in a mirror?

- Perfect...it's my birthday as well, something that has been ruined by TFG. It's also Flag Day, and until I was 10 my parents told me that people were putting flags out to celebrate my day. ;)

- KILMEADE: Do you worry that if they Qataris give us something like this that they'll want something in return? LEAVITT: Absolutely not, because they know President Trump and they know he only works with the interests of the American public in mind

- I generally don't care for his shtick, but he's spot on here: "Loath to get in the way of an adversary making a mistake, global competitors are eagerly shopping at the greatest yard sale of human capital since German scientists bolted for America in World War II." www.profgalloway.com/brain-drain/

- Their dear leader is a convicted rapist, and he's their role model.
- The last on-duty homicide of a detention and deportation officer was 1949. The last time there was even a non-COVID death on duty was 2016, when an officer had a heart attack during a foot pursuit. Before that, a training accident in 2003, then a fall down an elevator shaft at a jail in 1975.
- More copaganda...
- Fuck.
- Are we sure he wasn't ICE? Those Nazis are capable of anything, and their dear leader is a convicted rapist.
- "Miller’s problem is that judges aren't required to accept his blatantly false claims as true indeed, are required to test them, as even the Trump judges have done. Our problem, however, is that the journalists seem to believe it is their job to accept what Miller says as true." tinyurl.com/3bftcxt3
- Why are ICE agents wearing masks and dark sunglasses?
- Typical cop bullshit...
- this guy hates this country, its laws and its traditions
- Fortunately every sane American hates him more...
- Leavitt: "I think it's frankly ridiculous that anyone in this room would even suggest that President Trump is doing anything for his own benefit. He left a life of luxury and a life of running a very successful real estate empire for public service."
- How sad...a young woman like that who doesn't know how to read.
- For those of us keeping track at home, "neo-monarchist muse" is how the Washington Post spells "motherfucking fascist" www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...
- This was a powerful exchange and Murphy’s confidence really overwhelmed Noem who is not easily shaken. Great discourse!

- Agree. All those supposedly intelligent people, and not one of them a history major asking "Hey, how did it work out for those who collaborated with the Nazis?" May they all have the day they voted for.

- Hey South Carolina! While citizens of your state rank 47th in overall income, your tax dollars are paying this psychopath $174,000 a year (plus expenses) to fly around the country and take pictures of toilets. Keep that in mind next time the Republicans lie to you and say there's "no money"...
- Genuinely has anyone *ever* been owned so badly as a man who converts to a new religion as an adult and sorta makes it his whole thing only to see the literal head of that religion rebuke his entire deal and then they choose the NEXT head of the religion specifically because he doesn't like you
- Getting a new Pope who is 1000% opposed to his newfound Catholicism has to count for something...
