- My good friend's mom sent me a sympathy card for mother's day 😭😭😭
- My mom was one of the most selfless, sweet, and darkly funny (as is common with trauma survivors) people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I miss her every single day, and I am so thankful that for nearly 31 years she was always there for me when I needed her most. Rest in peace mom 💜 🕯

- Highkey holds of $175 at the gas pump are way the hell too high and should be illegal. It should be illegal in general to hold money IMO.
- I was running late to work today and needed gas so I paid at the pump which I hate to do because they always put a hold of like $60. Well now theyre putting a $175 hold on paying at the pump, which was all the money I had, and the bank said payment would finalize on the THIRTEENTH!? What!?

In choosing Leo XIV, it seems that former Cardinal Robert Prevost wants to live up to the legacy of Leo XIII, the "Pope of the Workers" who oriented the Church around social justice for the working class.
