- That was nicely put by him. He's a very nice (good, smart, capable) man. I'll just say: WP stop finding new ways of telling Black people to step aside. There's constant innovation in this area.
- I keep being more and more convinced that the idea of left vs right really misses that the real battle is low-trust vs high-trust society. The burrito taxi dude whining about all his traffic tickets in NYC rejects society too, no matter how much of a leftist affect he puts on.
- Too stupidly selfish to see how much we need each other. Without best efforts from everyone, this whole thing falls apart.
- The idea that no one covered Biden's condition increasingly feels like a retcon that borders on conspiracy theory. There was *extensive* discussion of Biden's age and issues. Every flub was diagnosed. Biden's team did attempt to shield him but that collapsed and was exposed.

Reagan win in a landslide thirty days after a debate performance so bad that his son was distraught. The problem wasn't Biden, it was the media who needed Trump.
- Yes, thank you. If I may add, it's bad that Dems get most of our news from outlets arrayed against us. We hear for a year that Biden is addled & are incapable of shrugging off a poor debate. We have no resistance. We're pre-poisoned against ourselves.
- What's even more infuriating about it is that every cognitive issue Biden was accused of is present in Trump x 10. It's obvious the guy has lost whatever marbles he had left, but you don't hear a word about it from the MSM. But the media needs their meal ticket.

- There were two straight goddamn weeks of literal push notifications hitting phones *multiple times a day* about how Biden was Old. I'd never gotten that many op-eds pushed to my phone before! The non-op-ed news was *dead*!
- Also, the extent that folks have just taken it as a given of "Biden tried to hide that he was braindead and his team made Harris a puppet" like the quoted. Like...holy shit, the total victory of propaganda and revisionist history.
- I can say it now because he is no longer on a ballot--Biden was never a favorite prior to his presidency. I would *gladly* take him back today. Competent, capable, talented albeit aging > always stupid and increasingly demented.
