- I keep seeing loads of claims at the moment like AI is 90% better at dating prehistoric archaeology accurately than human specialists, and I cannot stress enough how fucking nonsensical this is because ALL DATING OF PREHISTORIC ARCHAEOLOGY IS DEFINITIONALLY INACCURATE.

- The reason there's no working class representation in publishing is because publishing and writing currently pay so badly only people who are already financially stable can afford to do it. The problem is always, always money.

- My problem with things like these is that working-class writing ends up being literary stories about how dreary it is being working class. They're not interested in examining the working class through the lens of fantasy, for example.
- My other problem is that most of the time, these initiatives only care about offering trad publishing support, and they ignore the self-published working class writer who choose to self-publish because trad publishing didn't care for them, and actually we'd love some support for our careers too.
