- Reposted by Cody RussellIntroducing Tidewave: tidewave.ai While working on our web apps, we run code, query the database, read logs, search docs… but our AI tools are limited to reading code. Tidewave closes this gap by introducing Runtime Intelligence, for Phoenix and Rails. More coming soon, check out the website!

- Reposted by Cody RussellAs a German who had classes about the concentration camps in every school year, stories like these sound horribly familiar. You dehumanize a minority group and deport them to a country where your citizens and judges can’t see what’s happening. It’s the Nazi playbook all over again.
- Upon learning that your own mistake sent an innocent father to a brutal prison where he’s likely to be tortured, anyone with a shred of decency would be overcome with shame and fight like hell to get him back. They think it’s funny. www.rollingstone.com/politics/pol...

- Reposted by Cody RussellThose trying to understand the tariffs as economic policy are dangerously naive. No, the tariffs are a tool to collapse our democracy. A means to compel loyalty from every business that will need to petition Trump for relief. 1/ A 🧵 to explain his plan and how we fight back.

- Reposted by Cody RussellIf you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.
- Why does everything that uses 'AI' have to advertise that it's doing that? The UI shouldn't have to say "have AI do foo", it should just say "do foo". Otherwise it just smells of desperation.

- Anyone here using #ElixirLang and AppSignal for error logging? Do you ever run into errors that have backtraces that are just *totally* useless? I have one today that's one frame: lib/enum.ex:2531 in Enum."-reduce/3-lists^foldl/2-0-"/3
- I got an opportunity to try out Ash Framework by @zachdaniel.dev a little bit at work not long ago and was pretty impressed with it. Looking forward to learning more! #ElixirLang
