- Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh are extremely isolated places, it takes a good truck or classic Enfield motor bike to get around and because of ethnic conflict India has a very tight hold on the region, bad things happen there all the time and the world does not hear about it, this is not Pallywood
- The Indian government controls and even cuts off internet connectivity & media in Kashmir at its whim. But this time the internet seems to be working just fine in Srinagar even as explosions have been heard across the city.
