- However bad you think you are at dancing, dance. I danced my tails off at Vancoufur and all I got were compliments and "how do you have so much energy!?!" I have taken no dancing lessons. My fine motor skills (outside of games) suck. I have never learned to dance. I just _do_.

- #binaryvixen899poetry #poetry Every time I return to Washington State I have this super weird feeling. I'm returning to the USA here, sure, but is it the same USA as elsewhere? Does that still exist? Will that still exist? Are the decisions being made now the ones that determine that future?
- You can say this is overdramatic or I'm naive, but my father was a soldier stationed in Germany during the Cold War. I grew up with his stories alongside the same propaganda as everyone else. To me, being an American means standing by our allies. It means being a part of NATO, supporting the UN, etc
- Some say that what we are seeing right now is a war on empathy. An America without empathy would just be an empire. The United States has never been perfect, but it's practically irreconcilable to me to think about it returning to being the American Empire. That imperial past is a mistake, not glory
- I return To flags That wave for a country I am no longer sure Is the same Outside these walls Do my countrymen Pledge allegiance To the same flag? Or do their hearts Yearn To burn the stars and stripes of my own land? Is this a passing fad, a dark night, a turning point, or the end?
- My brain: "buthewouldbegreatatlearningfrench"
- Me: "Wow, trying to move countries in the background of a major political struggle is stressful." My brain: "Yeah it really is." Me: "Super stressful." My brain: "Yup." Me: "I should lie dow-" My brain: "But you know, Michel Duval could probably-" Me: "Absolutely fuck no absolutely not no way."
- I demand a pet passport!
- The undemocratic and unconstitutional action of suspending habeas corpus won't scare Americans into giving up their freedom. People will still be protesting in the streets, judges will still resist the illegal detainments this administration seeks to normalize, etc.
- "Hello there I'm Shuos Jedao and today I'm going to be showing YOU how not to end up making the common strategic space warfare mistakes that took the Terran Accord from this, to this. *Sims mood failure noise* But first, a word from this video's sponsors-"
- I made a pun so horrific that my partner @lizthegrey.com threatened to break up with me and kick me out of the house. Finally, after so long, I have achieved pun mastery.
- "Just keep moving, Anders. Get up and keep moving." Sometimes someone tells you something, and it sticks with you the rest of your life. Words to pull yourself up by.
- The bell Rings And I Am home #poetry #binaryvixen899poetry

- If Omegendorph was real I would be absolutely fucking abusing it right now.
- I keep on inviting Hiroko Ai to major life events but she never shows up!
- I'm sorry I couldn't resist.
- I am exhausted. I can feel my humanity draining away. The moon calls to me, concerned. I wave it off, grateful for it. Tonight I am going to Mars. I am going to Planum Boreum. I will hunt there, among the ice. I will hunt there, in the timeless taiga. And she will hunt amidst the sequoias
- I am simply not going to be separated from someone I love due to fascism, and then be separated again due to fascism. That's absurd, it's inane. I refuse. I'll risk two weeks in a holding cell before I preemptively comply out of fear. Washington is my home, goddamnit, I refuse to be penned in.
- Somebody asked me today on a queer community app whether I expect to be able to travel freely between the USA and Canada. Well, I am always a guest in Canada but when it comes to the USA, yes, of course I do! I don't care what the risks are from the American side, I will continue to travel.
- is this the way I die Once again I can feel Myself Becoming Because because because #poetry
- "Blue Mars" is going to break and repair me. I feel wounded. What an incredible novel.
- extremely displeased that there is a tariff on my tails for being too fluffy
- Oof. And there it is and there it hits. This is a city and a communities still mourning, grappling with before and after.
- Oh yeah we're rocking it now. I have a Modo membership. Retro video game stores I've got your number.
- ' "is that people with existing tendencies toward experiencing various psychological issues,” including what might be recognized as grandiose delusions in clinical sense, “now have an always-on, human-level conversational partner with whom to co-experience their delusions" ' Yikes yikes yikes!
- Every country in the world is like "Oh. You checked the lycanthrope box. Sooo we're going to need to need to do the bite test in the side room, when were you bitten? You were born a lycanthrope? Are you allergic to silver? Have you ever been involved in a mauling? Is your condition in remission?"
- Let wolf off train.
- Muzzle pressed against glass like "L E T W O L F O F F T R A I N"
- Update: They have let wolf off train.
- I've donated the remainder of my yearly donation budget to the Vancouver Filipino community. As a Washingtonian, I believe strongly in supporting our Canadian neighbors. Vancouver is healing from an unprecedented tragedy, and the least we can all do is pitch in. vancouver.ca/home-propert...
- But I mean. Look at it. That water, the beaches. The trees. I love it so much.
- I don't think this is necessarily a good thing, by the way. The whole human race (and folks who consider themselves non-human), we're all in this together. So to see trouble brewing on a large scale and go "well, that sucks but this piece of land, this is what I care about", I'm not sure about that.
- He always told me that if you had people being born on and growing up on the Moon, they'd eventually stop being Earthlings. They'd be Moonlings. They'd consider the Moon their home. When I think about what's going on right now in my country, the beauty I want to preserve is here, in Washington.

- It's wild to me how right my father was about one thing. Where you live and where you grow up determine so much, especially when the overarching powers become unaligned. I am an American, I love America (even if it doesn't always love me back), but I'm also a Washingtonian. This is my home.
- Heaven is a place on Earth.
- No idea what I'm going to do with these.
