- I am simply not going to be separated from someone I love due to fascism, and then be separated again due to fascism. That's absurd, it's inane. I refuse. I'll risk two weeks in a holding cell before I preemptively comply out of fear. Washington is my home, goddamnit, I refuse to be penned in.

- But I mean. Look at it. That water, the beaches. The trees. I love it so much.
- I don't think this is necessarily a good thing, by the way. The whole human race (and folks who consider themselves non-human), we're all in this together. So to see trouble brewing on a large scale and go "well, that sucks but this piece of land, this is what I care about", I'm not sure about that.
