- 1/ What a dumb debate. "Moderate" in this debate refers (of course!) to cultural moderate, certainly not systemic-economic moderate. It never occurs to these folks who prescribe it that @sanders.senate.gov has found the secret: Talk about systemic-economic issues, not about effing cultural ones.

- Yes. Absolutely. Which is why it has had the support of five Supreme Court justices. My guess though is that 2-3 of those justices (I'm including Roberts) are starting to outright freak out about the end goal coming quickly to fruition - and will halt it. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/202...
