The only smart home things I have are a handful of lightbulbs I can control with my phone. They’re handy, but it’s also silly that sometimes I have to reboot my lightbulbs. That is a parody of the future from 1996.

I have a "smart" outlet on the space heater in my bathroom so that it can turn on before I get up in the morning.
We have to have an oldstyle analog timer switch but the first one kept losing time and the second one caught in fire so I moved into the 21st century.
