- The Supreme Ct of PA has affirmed in a per curiam order today the Commonwealth Ct decision removing Michael Huff from the ballot, based on a residency challenge. Votes for Huff, other than via write-in, will not count in the primary, so there's 10 candidates for 9 Phila CP slots and 5 for 3 MC.
- We are now 16 days pre-primary in Philadelphia and because of an ongoing candidate eligibility dispute, no mail-in ballots have been sent yet. The attorneys are doing their jobs faithfully, as are the City Commissioners, but this kind of delay suggests we need to rethink the whole timeline.
