Information perception in physical & digital places. Facilitation and workshop design for codesign and civic assemblies. Public prototyping on BlueSky. He/him
- Labour doing this unprotecting of copyright work for free in UK.
- Just heard about how Steve Winwood plays organ at his local church. Some tourists were surprised to discover this at Sunday service.
- Perhaps a man who avoided paying his contractors just has a different meaning for trade/buying goods/services
- Don’t care which Queenie McQueenface monument they choose as long as it’s not Heatherwick www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025... Too much money (and too many lives) wasted on that guy’s work
- Yellow is used as high contrast for safety. However, contrast is always about two colours, not one. Context matters. Restored Stroud railway station bridge has yellow rails but against a burnt umber background. It’s not that strong a contrast.
- Considering information physiotherapy as a work metaphor. Where bundles of data, research and meaning just create pain and are too tightly packed to move.
- Use of AI in BS Jobs: suddenly reminded of Mau-Mauing the Flak Catchers by Tom Wolfe. The layer of staff who stop responsibility being transmitted in a system.
- Always try to leave some artefact behind from workshop. A gift, a reminder, a way of sharing to more people who couldn’t be there. Little booklet on #CoDesign The concept of seriousness from civic assemblies last year. The idea of mattering from Moral Ambition book.
