View full threadI once had a student who's computer desktop was filled with SO MANY versions of her thesis. This laptop was so slow it couldn't even compile a Java app. She had no idea how to use, organize and maintain her computer, didn't even know what the "tab" key was. She ended up buying a new one.
- She could have saved 700€ by simply reinstalling Windows, but she couldn't have done it to save her life, and I couldn't help her with it as she was a remote student. So much money wasted because she didn't have the most basic skills. Computer litteracy is relevant.
