View full threadThat actually gets into real concerns around accommodation, and it basically only rewards people who are good at rote memorization, which isn’t actually all that valuable. How would you evaluate somebody’s research skills? It evaluates a very narrow band of learning and knowledge.
- People are doing it and yes it does prevent LLM cheating, but it ignores decades of pedagogy and basically sends us hurtling back to the way people were taught three or four hundred years ago.
- I am almost 37 and a person of no real significance. I would be alarmed if somebody turning 21 this year thought I was cool.
