- More drypoint tests. Im struggling with getting crisp and dark lines not sure whats the big issue here. Honestly it might just be that i havent got a proper press but god those are expensive

- Yeah its neat but doesn’t seem to work as well as jt could. I have a small synthetic felt blanket. Im not sure if it makes a difference if its wool or synthetic. My bet is on the press being unoptimised right now because I did manage to previously get a good print with an actual proper press

- I have a hand cranked pasta press and it feels like its applying a decent amount of pressure but maybe not enough Other materials are a zinc plate, oil based intaglio ink on a wetted paper
- Has anyone ever done any intaglio, drypoint/etching/whatever, who could diagnose whats the issue here? I feel like its the press or lack thereof but it could be the technique or the materials or the paper or

- I have been trying to remedy my long lasting creative slump with lots of experimentation and the latest is drypoint printmaking In general I feel like I should make more traditional art but I hadn't found one that interested me, but I think this could be fun
