You have no way of knowing whether or not they actually reacted with their claims process in the way they did because of the murder of Brian Thompson, you're just assuming it did.
- There’s a shareholder lawsuit alleging fraud by UHC for failing to disclose that after Brian Thompson’s death, "it would have to adjust its strategy, which resulted in heightened denials compared to industry competitors." That’s not absolute proof, but it’s also not nothing.
