4 years ago 🤡 diverted funds for troop housing redos to his "wall fund" - lawsuit dropped. Now he's cut out of the budget the same funds. Doesn't that unite veterans when he doesn't care about troop families?

I’m a bit confused here, once you take the oath, isn’t that permanent? I can’t see it “expiring” once active duty is over. Someone bring me up to speed. I totally get the idea of reaffirming it though.
