Sometimes im ghosted, and sometimes I dont get a reply for actual months, and then randomly theres the rejection letter sitting in my junk box, just to remind me of the thing I already knew.
If you're talking about animation work, yes I know this so much, I do not know how this is allowed to not answer.
I'm not searching for animation right now, so it's surprising to see that it's possible to actually reply and consider people even if it's a "no".
Yeah like out of 10 animation jobs i may apply to, id be lucky if I get any reply from even 1 of them, knowing that reply would probably be a no, and to get a reply months later is just weird to me, like trust me I stopped waiting for your reply after the first month.
