- Yes, 2-4 times a year. They go from Monday to Friday (first and lasts day being travel days) I find them very useful. We are fully remote, so it’s a very good way to build stronger relationships within the team, and to get alignment around vision snd path forward.

- A while back, I was messing around with giving animated gifs some depth. I clipped the top edge to create a pop out illusion, and then threw in some blurring to simulate fast focus to make the effect stronger. Does it feel like he’s poppin’ out his face for a boop?

- It probably feels that way because content is more equally distributed. I’m getting more engagement here than I ever did on X/Twitter, with 1/3 of the followers I had there. On X, content from giant accounts would get most of the distribution, so naturally those had way more likes/comments.

- Interesting, so you navigate using the layers? I don’t even look at the names, the layers view is just useful for managing the nesting structure, and the icon tells me what type or object it is.
