- I don't know much about the whole white smoke thing, but I drove by Burger King today and there was white smoke out of the chimney there
- I started coaching youth sports whenever my kids were on a team. It's something I do not intend to continue to do once my kids are no longer playing. It's been like 7 years and something like a combined 30 seasons worth between both of my kids. I'm just beat down.
- This toad was very frustrated that I disturbed his home (a hole I had dug up a few days before to plant a tree today)
- Had back spasms for the first time last night. I was trying to play electric bass at the time. So that did not go well. Not sure how people with continual back pain do it. After a practice session, I sat on the ground. Couldn't stand up. Every deep breath, mid lower back sized and spasmed.
- Not a decoration. Tired of dogs jumping on me when I go for a run.
- Just got around to watching the Arsenal highlights (job, kids soccer, etc) and wow. Rice hit two of the absolute best free kicks I've ever seen. And to do it twice in the span of like a dozen minutes... No words can capture how impressive they were
- Doing thermodynamics equations to try and figure out how long my new hot water heater will take to give me hot water
- Today, I decided to skip lunch and then just not exercise because my hot water heater is broken and will be replaced tomorrow. Feels like the right trade off.
- Come on, this is America we are talking about. It would make more sense to the American people to call this an intentional safety.
- My quality of life improved when I stopped listening to all sports related podcasts
- I like baseball
- I've been trying to teach my son benefits of regular/consistent practice. Our goal is one of us juggles the soccer ball 20 times in the air. After 2 weeks of daily 15 to 45 minutes, I hit 12 this afternoon. As someone who's who has never been especially athletic, it's a win I'm proud of.

- It was 80 degrees yesterday afternoon. It's snowing right now. The fact that this is not an uncommon occurrence in many places across the US multiple times a year is pretty ridiculous

- I've been posting too much sports on this platform. Let me say something about tech. Implementing enterprise level AI/ML solutions for solving actual problems is very complicated right now.

- There's a lot more people than I ever realized in this world that just hate stuff and are against things than they are for something. I used to have a tinge of that in my life, but really couldn't be me anymore.
