- Vice should have never folded and it is ultimately up to us to put the pressure on them and double down on pushing back against Kirsche and other fascists that try to plant themselves into other communities!
- The fact that another vtuber had decided to drop them as a sponsor, while a few others are considering not renewing their contracts meant that Kirsche felt that they would drop her if they felt that she was a liability, so the SLAPP suit to try and silence her critics and more
- What she is doing right now is fucking repulsive, and we need to absolutely make sure that people know that she's being a manipulative karen who's only interested in tearing other people down in order to rise above everyone else
- As an entertainer (ew), she had a responsibility to keep her community in check, she ultimately failed that and what's more, used said community to carry out doing the dirty work of running someone off the internet because her bottom line was going to get hurt.
- I bring up the bottom line in Kirsche's case because this attack was definitely financially motivated as well, as even she admitted that Ana was reporting on sponsors that were financing her blatant bigotry.

- Could get her on grounds of emotional and mental damage since Kirsche used her fanbase to harass and threaten Ana's life. You would definitely need to make a point of pointing out how she uses weasel words to make it look like she isn't saying that even though that isn't the case
