A bribe from Netanyahu or Putin or Orban would be A LOT worse than a bribe from Qatar. A bribe FROM Qatar isn't worse than a bribe from, say, Canada.
You can oppose bribes without racism.
Canada didn't enslave and torture to death a bunch of people to build their football stadiums and don't throw people in prison for being gay
