- we are SO BACK. pumped to be emcee'ing @renderatl for a third year in a row:)
- still see a lot of people getting certs. this maybe naive of me but does anyone look at certs when hiring?
- does anyone is the US use whatsapp? are you in any 'communities' on that?
- two new morning activities that have worked into my routine: -crushing 20oz of water (taking collastrum) - walking for 15 minutes really helps me wake up and just feel better
- psa leaving your entire teams hockey jerseys and your gear in the car overnight is a WILD smell to experience
- another day another convo about a corporate marketing team getting laid off. 'traditional' marketing just doesnt work anymore specifically in the b2b space.
- love texting engineering leader friends about their resumes 😂😂
- tech hiring is not dead. i see so many startups looking to hire. you just have to know where to go to find positions. and positions just don't come to you anymore like they did in 2021.
- pumped to hang with @wking__ tomorrow on the showwwwww going to talk about how junior devs can position themselves in this market filled with AI
- community isnt bought. its built over time and with one handshake at a time. grateful for what we are building at @torcdotdev
