UPDATE: ICE is wildly unconcerned about where this man is and no one will tell me, his registered attorney. The universal answer so far is "let's wait and see where he ends up." This is deeply off.

My detained client was scheduled for a bond hearing this AM in a MA immigration court. He wasn't brought in, and he and his case have disappeared.
I then received this notice of activity on a nonexistent docket in which his name was changed to "N/A"
It's all happening a lot faster than I expected
I have spoken with multiple field offices and emailed ICE counsel as well as the office of the Chief Immigration Judge. From what I am putting together an extremely new disturbing pattern has developed recently of ICE somehow *deleting* cases from the imm court's ECAS system & *no one knows how*
Trying to provide as much as I can without sensationalizing this, but one other important detail: records show that he was transferred out of MA TODAY, the day AFTER they told the court he was no longer in the state and deleted the bond records in ECAS. I've got hackles up I didn't even know I owned
Is client in position to garner support from their origin country’s CD/diplomatic core.
