- Reposted by Dr Steve WestlakeStudy finds the wealthiest could cut their disproportionately high emissions but largely don’t want to. Flying makes up a big part of those emissions. This research is a strong argument for regulation & progressive fiscal measures (eg a frequent flyer levy) to prompt behaviour change.
