- There was something uniquely 'zen' in the way this Solitary Sandpiper delicately high stepped in the shallow, muddy shore of the beaver pond. - I came around a bend in a trail and encountered this chonky Porcupine making a den in some upturned tree roots. I nearly jumped out of my boots with the surprise. The porcupine stoically lumbered up this bent tree trunk and watched me gather my wits. #wildlifephotography #parrysound #canada
