Applied to accounts which engage in seemingly polite but disruptive "I wish to politely disagree" reply spam. These are often automated accounts using ChatGPT to cause disruption without appearing to be trolling.
You know the type. You posted a nice picture of your cat or how you had a nice day and a stranger has to chip in to remind you someone out there is starving to death and your cat pic isnt fixing it.
People who have demonstrated some combination of no followers, no real history, one of Those Bios, and.. importantly.. trying to dunk on people who shouldn't be dunked on, in ways you shouldn't do.
