- Still experimenting with this Peach (Mario 1?) redraw. Redid the castle rescue scene. Mario sprite is now optimized for 3 colors, plus transparency. Updated the HUD. Game had no item slot, but there was space. Mockup is NES accurate, but likely needs fixes. #pixelart #ドット絵

- I see you did not manage to avoid making this a mockup
- The compulsion tracked me down. Made demands.
- Oh yeah, found the old Wario rat-transformation design. Think the idea was he gets gold jaws to eat money. Considering the idea was mainly a suplement to the mockup, it was never fleshed out beyond that.
- Wow I love this design I hope you feel the urge to revisit it in pixels someday
- I don't expect that I'd return to the idea, though if I did, I'd likely want to update the art first

- I think that was the intent. Likely found at the start of the game.

- I think this was the only drawing of that particular design, though I could be mistaken. The rest were world map doodles and I think some enemy designs
- like it's a greedy rat with giant nose and gold teeth. Like it completely accidentally checks all the marks for antisemitic tropes.
- It should go without saying, that is not the intent here (I just like Wario and rats.) That said, should someone feel uncomfortable with it, I'd have no issue changing it to something everyone would appreciate. Its just an old doodle I don't have anything invested in.
