- Ich schreibe auch gerne eine Replik, das ist so dumm das geht auf keine Kuhhaut. Weder Barthes verstanden noch Theologie oder Philosophie zu „Seele“. Und der Vergleich von Remakes oder Remixes oder postmoderner Kunst zu KI ist sowieso komplett schief egal wie gebetsmühlenartig man ihn wiederholt.
- What gets me is that most if not all people here are actually deeply skeptical about the tech and would never let it write for them nor would they cite it. But what it‘s clearly doing is devalue labor like editing and fact checking and other jobs, particularly entry level ones.
- In other words they‘re not willing to have their own jobs taken by this but they‘re contributing to letting their own industry be cannibalized particularly for younger colleagues and those who generally have worse income than them.

View full threadI’m not sure now exactly why I never cheated as a student. I never felt the need to. Never felt I couldn’t keep up. Maybe that helped me. But I also know I was raised with a strong sense of why education matters. That’s a privileged way to be raised.
- And it‘s maybe also about actually wanting to complete something yourself. Even if you‘d fail.
