- Small & indie publishers, the participation form for our July pitch session is open! Please fill it out if you're interested. During our last session in January, we had a total of 521 pitches submitted by 389 writers, and received amazing feedback on our pitch database and automated request system!
- It's official, #SmallPitch comes back for another indie/small press-focused pitch event on July 7-8, 2025 🌊 This time, it will be open to all unagented authors from the #WritingCommunity. Check our website for more details ⬇️

- Hey #SmallPitch participants, when we say to check your spam folder, we mean it! The requests come from smallpitchteam@gmail.com and sometimes they land in the spam folder. Several people have already had a happy surprise when looking into it 👀 CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER

- Fun fact, if you forget the @ sign in your email address, not only will you not receive your pitch request, you will break the ENTIRE #SmallPitch SYSTEM! (It's fixed. Always be sure to double-check your email!)

- If you are an #indiepress, you can still join this week's #SmallPitch event to be able to browse the 500+ pitches submitted in our amazing database. Just fill out this form ⬇️
- Quick #SmallPitch update: · I removed one duplicate which was likely a bug based on the timestamps; so down to 523 pitches · I reviewed almost half of the pitches yesterday evening for hateful content & all I could see was amazing pitches 🔥 · will finish the other half later today — Millie
- We've checked that participating presses aren't vanity to the best of our knowledge, but still be careful. If a press asks you for money, to buy your own books, or suggests you pay for a "marketing package," run away!

- And the submission window is now CLOSED, with a total of 524 submitted pitches! Now the #SmallPitch team will review the submissions, check they follow the guidelines (i.e. no more than one pitch per book, no hateful content, etc.) and get the database ready for publishers 🎉
