Mute list for media personalities and large accounts (5k+) that do not make their posts accessible to disabled folks. (Note: I am someone who needs alt text to understand most images. I created this list as a disability accommodation. If Bluesky had a way to make lists private, I would do that.)
Toxic accounts that have no place on any social media site. Wannabe hackers, wannabe "influencers", special needs children whose care-taker is out of the room, list makers and very important people who think they run things. Mass-reporting them is strongly encouraged. Avoid these at all costs.
