In 2018, when @repstansbury.bsky.social first ran for state rep in New Mexico, she ran against a long time (14 years) GOP incumbent. Volunteers knocked on Dem doors: Stansbury knocked on all the GOP doors. She won. Handily. I think Democratic candidates at all levels could learn from her example.
