- Pretty impressed that this year the SAD has only really hit hard 4 days before the solstice. 🤞 I can make it through it.
- Had a fun second and third game of my game Project: MV with @floaker.bsky.social, definitely on to something with the game, captures the breakneck momentum based gameplay I envisioned from the start!
- Favourite moment of the game was using the slide move to slide onto the objective between the other minis, slowing down my runner enough so they could activate the objective.
- @floaker.bsky.social gave me some really great suggestions for improvements so polishing those mechanics and making moves a lot more easy to reference with index cards.

- Finished 9 kruleboyz for my long in production army, had a lot of fun painting the boss and hope I don’t run out of the fantastic hobgrots to paint, one of my favourite aos sculpts. #aos #warhammer.
- So far the standout mech in late succession war games has been my flashman, such a horrible murder egg 💕💕💕.

- Getting back on my 8mm terrain kick, painted some Argus bunker parts from gdt and built some civitas imperialis buildings.
- I finished with my therapist because we both felt that I no longer needed therapy. So now dealing with the simultaneous joy of being able to exist without the support, but also sad at the loss of the therapeutic relationship. There will be a lot of cake eaten today.
- Some decompression time from a full on weekend was painting some warp minis Nazgûl. They took about an hour of sketching with airbrush and brushing over the top. Idea is they’re lit by moonlight. I went over again with a further highlight, but I didn’t have the time to take pics before bed. #mesbg
- Some morning progress that makes them more readable, I might go back and boost the shadows a bit more so they look a bit less like they’re in camo. Fairly happy with the limited palette and speed, only 16 to go now! #mesbg

- The Canopians ride out again, this time with a slightly heavier lance fighting @archaeonick.bsky.social‘s Mercenary lance. #battletech
- Victory for the Canopian 2nd Cuirassiers! Lots of fun being had like my catapult kicking the rifleman in the head then getting kicked in the head by the Phoenix Hawk. Finally the Canopians took on a star formation and dealt with DFAs from the desperate Mercs. #battletech

- Yeah I think it was miscommunicated expectations too, I also didn’t communicate my expectations so it led to differing expectations. I think I will take that as a learning for myself to talk about expectations before games, so thank you 💕.

- The Femboy Hooters franchise of the Magistracy of Canopus rode out yesterday for their first battle. Battle was inconclusive but the spider pilot learned a strong lesson in not aggro’ing near an HBK-4P with its 8 mls 😩. Flashman is a sick choice for succession war era. #battletech
