- Yeah, I get that. I certainly do make the mistake of thinking that I’m somehow light years more virtuous than my virulently racist brethren. In my own experience, I can see clearly that I hold both racist & anti-racist attitudes. I want the latter to meaningfully prevail in me and everyone else.
- Racist attitudes should decrease, anti-racist attitudes should increase in individuals and collectively. Thus the degrees.

- Can a person hold both racist and anti-racist attitudes?
- If it’s only white people who can end white supremacy, its attitudes and institutions, then it’s only those who adopt and effectuate anti-racist ideas and policies who will succeed at that. So maybe both attitudes must be present in some way until racism is fully eradicated?
- Side note: I wholeheartedly believe racism is an entirely white problem created entirely by white people.
