Would Iroshizuku Kon-Peki give you a sense of what a color on paper looks like?

What are good "reference" inks for you?
Trying to figure out how my ongoing quest for a "perfect" notebook might help others. And what I might do with the stacks of near misses or smaller, and therefore less expensive, versions I've liked. Or disliked.
