I bought my copy in a bookstore in Dubai. The staff weren’t allowed to put it out on the shelf but when I asked about it they were happy to hand me a copy to buy as long as I didn’t say where I got it. I would be lying if i said buying illicit books didn’t add an extra frisson of excitement.
