- 1 thing I think doesn't get enough mention is a simple $20 demo tool. I've been in more than my fair share of earthquakes & the #1 thing I've learned is that doors and stuff get STUCK! It's really nice to be able to pop a door, break a window, tear stuff open or rip stuff down that are hazards.
