- Boise has the Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial—one of the few places in the world where the entire text of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is on public display. I'm grateful our city leaders are using strategic compliance to support pluralism & human rights in this so-called "red state".
- In response to GOP-controlled legislators in Utah and Idaho banning government buildings from flying pride flags and other unofficial flags, leaders in Salt Lake City and Boise changed their official city flags to reflect pluralistic values. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...
